COPPER WIRES AND BRAIDS

Copper wires and braids are used for the production of low and high voltage electrical cables for situations where there are vibrations and shocks, since they allow connections between moving parts. They are made of red or tinned copper with subsequent coating (PVC, polyurethane, silicone, FEP, Teflon, etc.), using two different types of elementary wire (or capillary):
  • Braided: Formed by multiple threads from a diameter of 0.05 mm to 0.30 mm.

This solution offers the advantage of being able to make “tailor-made” braiding lengths at the request of the client.

  • Constructions made with simple wire or monowire: their processing shows limitations in the length of the braiding pitch.

Wire diameter from 0.10 to 0.20 with pitch length from 5.9 mm to 36 wire diameter from 0.18 + 9.0 mm with pitch from 0:30 to 60.
